Melodica Music Books: Lessons, Courses, and Sheet Music

Even though the melodica is becoming a more and more popular instrument to play these days, finding good melodica books is still a challenge. So, we’ve done a bit of research so you don’t have to, because a little help from the community is never a bad thing. We think that there are more melodica music books being added to the market all the time. However, there are still nowhere near as many good melodica books as there are for the piano, cello, or violin.

While there isn’t always a wide variety of styles for the melodica books available, many of the melodica music books that we’ve found feature classical pieces or patriotic songs. There should be something interesting for almost anyone, especially if you’re just starting out.

When deciding on a melodica music book for yourself or as a gift, make sure to find a book that fits your melodica type (soprano, bass, etc), your skill level, and your musical interests. Try to avoid picking up a book that is far above your melodica skill level or you’ll just end up frustrated trying to play music that is much too difficult.
